Terms of use

The rules for playing Dinouna, and those of the Dinouna Complete subscription.

By using Dinouna, you accept these terms. If you are under 15, read them with a parent.

1. What Dinouna offers

Dinouna is a games app to learn about your faith, on your own or with your family, from age 7: the Quiz, Odd One Out, Guess the Word, Word Search, Arrow Words and the Daily Challenge.

• You play together, on a single phone.
• The app shows no ads.
• A question for adults comes before the subscription offer, signing in and any link to the internet.

2. The account

• The account is optional. It is used to find your subscription on another phone, even from an iPhone to an Android.
• You create it with “Continue with Apple” (on iPhone) or “Continue with Google” (on iPhone and on Android), in the “My account” screen.
• A child under 15 does not create an account alone: a parent does it.
• You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the Delete my account page.

3. The Dinouna Complete subscription

What is free

Every day, without a subscription: the Daily Challenge, and one round of each game. A round counts as soon as it starts, and “Play again” starts a new one.

What the subscription gives you

With Dinouna Complete, you play as much as you like, every game.

Plans and prices

• The price depends on your country. It is shown in your currency, including all taxes, in the app before you pay.
• There is no free trial: the free rounds each day let you try every game.
• Offers may be available at certain times of the year, for example during Ramadan. Their price and length are shown before you buy.

Payment

Payment is made through your Apple account (App Store) or your Google Play account, when you confirm the purchase. We never see your bank card.

Automatic renewal

• With Apple: the subscription renews automatically, for the same length and at the same price, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
• With Google Play: the subscription renews automatically, for the same length and at the same price, unless you cancel it before the end of the current period.
• If the price changes, the store lets you know beforehand, and asks for your agreement when its rules require it.

On several phones

• Without a Dinouna account, the subscription follows your Apple or Google Play account. On another device from the same store, “Restore purchases” finds it.
• With a Dinouna account, it also follows you from an iPhone to an Android: sign in with the same account on each phone.
• With Apple, Family Sharing is on: up to six people in the same family can enjoy a single subscription.

4. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel it whenever you like. You keep Dinouna Complete until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the app goes back to the free rounds each day.

Please note: deleting the app or deleting your Dinouna account does not cancel the subscription. Only the store can cancel it.

5. Refunds

Payment goes through Apple or Google: they handle refund requests, under their own rules.

• With Google Play: see Google Play’s refund policies. If Google refers you to us, write to us: À COMPLÉTER PAR LE SPONSOR : adresse e-mail du support.

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided by European law is exercised with Apple or Google, under their terms.

6. Dinouna’s content

• The questions, words, texts, images, logo and the name Dinouna are protected. You may use them to play, on your own or with your family. You may not copy them to distribute or resell them.
• We check every answer and give its source. If you find a mistake, write to us: we will correct it.

If you downloaded Dinouna from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement also applies. Apple is not the publisher of Dinouna and is not responsible for it.

7. Our liability

• We do everything we can to make Dinouna work well and keep its content accurate.
• A fault can happen: with your phone, the internet, a store or our server. The games themselves work without the internet.
• Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law of your country gives to consumers.

8. Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. A price change follows the store’s rules, described above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by À COMPLÉTER PAR LE SPONSOR : droit applicable (par exemple le droit français) et tribunal compétent. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the laws of your country.

If there is a disagreement, write to us first: we will look for a solution with you. You can also turn to a consumer mediator, free of charge: À COMPLÉTER PAR LE SPONSOR : nom et site du médiateur de la consommation.
